Artist Statement:

Making art is a tool I use to liberate the unspoken and unacknowledged experiences of my heart.  I find deep healing and purpose in my art. I primarily paint.  There is a deep magnetism that creative expression holds for me. In remembering dreams, I encounter feelings that are so strong-- I am compelled to go directly to the canvas.   For that reason, painting is some extension of my soul. I feel honored to experience those deep feelings of love and respect for the consciousness of the environment.
